Wish I could say that I am happy, would of been happy if Renice (who calls herself a general manager) would of made... effort for her customers, bought a couch and then they deliver it with a cushion missing, and the managers could not make any effort to help us, the delivery man was willing to bring us the cushion while he was on route the following day but the manager says the schedule is full, maybe the driver should be manager because he was more helpful. The managers felt the need to be rude over the phone about everything, there is always a way to help, now they have paid us back but made no effort to keep the sale, it is up to you whether you make effort or not, so CWA might have amazing staff but the managers need to learn some people skills. Now we have to sit on the floor. So thank you to the helpful staff, I hope your managers give you the delivery money that they now scored out of us we paid CWA R1200 to sit on the floor. I'm still wowed 🤭,after telling her so many times as she was moving to her new home she finally gave it a try, we drove all the way from Polokwane (Limpopo) all she wanted that attracted her was palomino suede but she ended up lay-bying so many things she didn't even know she wanted, the warm welcome, they are all so polite you'd swear they were all from the Same mother, we don't regret coming, petrol and time not wasted it was for the best ❤️ their quality is 💯 guaranteed and is true that the longer the lifespan, the better value for money. Buying furniture is not like buying a fun fashion item, but rather something worth saving for, since it will be part of your life for many years and I'd advise everyone to visit the store it's worth it bcz if you calculate the cost of replacing low quality, budget furniture every two to five years, instead of every six to 10 years you'll see the real value for money 💵
